There are no entrance requirements or examinations. Students may enter the Woodstock School of Art at any time and need not have any previous art training. Classes are open to all levels of experience. A non-refundable Registration Fee of $15 is required from first time enrolling students. Upon commencing a new registration period students must visit the school office before attending class. Registration, material, and model fees will be assessed at this time.
Tuition may be paid any time up to the first session of the student's enrollment. Advance registration is encouraged. Students may not enter class unless tuition is fully paid. The Woodstock School of Art reserves the right at any time to dismiss anyone for any reason which is deemed sufficient by the faculty and administration. Please note that under no circumstances are pets allowed at the School. Additionally, in an effort to maintain our non-toxic environment, the Woodstock School of Art does not permit the use of turpentine or mineral spirits. There are no make-ups for missed classes except if absence is due to illness or an emergency, and the student notifies the office prior to class.
Most classes meet mornings from 9 AM to 12 Noon and afternoons from 1 to 4 PM. Visit class pages for specific times. Tuition rates listed are for courses lasting 3 hours per day, per 4 week session unless otherwise specified.
