Fast & Easy
Registration is easy and secure on our website. There are no entrance requirements or examinations. Students may enter the Woodstock School of Art at any time and do not need any previous art training. Classes are open to all levels of experience. Tuition may be paid any time up to the first session of the student’s enrollment. Advance registration is required. To ensure a space in one of our classes, we suggest registering at least one week before the start date. Students may not enter class unless tuition is fully paid. Cancellations and Refunds
For Online Courses: Cancellations will be charged $25 up to 72 hours before the first class in session. A written request must be sent to the Registrar via email (registrar@woodstockschoolofart.org). prior to the first class. No refunds will be given if cancellation occurs after this period.
For Studio Classes: Cancellations will be charged $25 up to two weeks prior to the first class in session. Cancellations received one week before the first class will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. A written request must be sent to the Registrar (registrar@woodstockschoolofart.org). No refunds will be given if the cancellation is received less than one week before first class.
For Workshops: Cancellations will be charged $25 up to two weeks before the workshop begins. A $100 cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made one week before the workshop. A written request must be sent to the Registrar (registrar@woodstockschoolofart.org). If cancellation is less than one week before class, no refund will be given.
Due to the limited number of students we can have at this time in our studio classes, we will not be able to offer makeup classes.
WSA reserves the right to cancel the course if the minimum number of students is not attained one week prior to start date.
One Time Registration Fee
A non-refundable Registration Fee of $20 is required for first-time enrolling students. Registration, materials, and model fees will be assessed at this time.
If lab fees and /or model fees are not included with your tuition, you may pay them by clicking the button below. Please be sure to enter your name and the class title. Thank you.
School Closings
In case of class cancellation due to inclement weather, students will receive an email by 8 AM on the day of the class. If an instructor must cancel a class unexpectedly, or in the event of other unforeseen circumstance, students will be notified by their preferred means of contact which they have provided to the school, either telephone or email.
The Woodstock School of Art reserves the right to cancel class and/or to dismiss anyone at any time and for any reason that is deemed sufficient by the faculty and administration.
Solvents
Additionally, in an effort to maintain our non-toxic environment, the Woodstock School of Art does not permit the use of turpentine or mineral spirits. To see a list of WSA Approved Solvents click the button below:

Most classes meet mornings from 9 AM to 12 PM and afternoons from 1 PM to 4 PM. Visit class pages for specific times. Tuition rates listed are for courses lasting 3 hours per day, per 4-week session unless otherwise specified.
