Workshop Intensive: Photo Encaustic & Mixed Media

If the idea of modifying your photo after it has been taken and printed sounds engaging, this workshop is for you. The class is best suited for those who have taken an encaustic workshop in the past, or are familiar working with encaustic paint. The workshop will provide an opportunity to dedicate additional time to finishing a composition that combines digital pictures with encaustic paint and other mediums. Additionally, you’ll be using your own digital photos. For each project, the class will provide one-on-one time to brainstorm solutions and consider other approaches. Methods for transforming, improving, changing, and pushing a digital image into something new will be promoted.
