Showcase Exhibition II: Call To Artists

Submit your work for our next student show of 2023!

Robert H. Angeloch Gallery at the Woodstock School of Art

Opening Reception: April 8, 2-4PM


This exhibit will have options to have your work shown both virtually and in our gallery.
You may choose to exhibit in either or both.
If you want to participate in the online gallery you must submit your entry form online.

IMPORTANT DATES

Artwork Images for Online Exhibit Deadline:
Monday, March 20 (Use the “Submit and Entry Form Online” button above)

Drop off:  
Monday, April 3, 9AM–2PM 
Tuesday, April 4, 9AM–2PM
– Work must be dropped off no later than Tuesday, April 4, by 2PM. No work will be accepted after this time; no exceptions can be made. 

Pick up: 
Monday, June 5, 9AM–2PM
Tuesday, June 6, 9AM–2PM

ELIGIBILITY

  • The exhibition is open to artists who have created work in class or a workshop within the past 12 months. 
  • Work previously shown at WSA is not eligible. 
  • Work may not exceed 36 inches (including frame) in any dimension.
  • All work submitted to the gallery exhibition must be suitable framed and ready for installation. Work must follow our Framing Guidelines to be entered into the gallery exhibition. Note: Works only being shown in the Online Exhibition may be unframed.

  • Work must be of original design and execution.
  • Students of the following Instructors are eligible to submit two pieces per CLASS TITLE. (i.e.-If you attended more than one of Meredith Rosiér’s Drawing Galaxy online classes a maximum of two pieces may be submitted for this class title)

TERMS OF ENTRY 

  • WSA retains a 35% commission on all work sold.
  • Images submitted may be used by WSA to publicize the exhibition or facility. WSA reserves the right to photograph artwork for promotional purposes.
  • Artwork must remain on display for the duration of the exhibition.
