ABOUT THIS CLASS:
For printmakers with some experience and a sense of adventure, this four week class will be devoted to genre-crossing and media mash-ups and bending and blurring traditions. With a strong emphasis on media exploration and inking techniques participants will realize a new sense of the infinite possibilities open to them as artists.
Expect some lectures, always a demonstration, private and group critique and many hours of studio time.
Students will have their memories refreshed in shop etiquette, inking techniques, ink conditioners and applications, and a refreshed idea about themselves as printmakers.
