Studio Class

In this class you will learn basic hand-building skills for working with clay (water-based). Students will choose their own subject matter (an animal, mythical creature, self portrait…..whatever you like) and are encouraged to bring photographic references or objects to work from.
Suitable for all levels; no experience necessary! Ages 12+
Fridays, June 2, 9, 16, and 23, 2023
1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
$168 for four consecutive classes
$15 for a 25 lb. bag of clay (will be purchased from Instructor)

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:
Born in 1956 Tricia Cline grew up in California and has lived throughout the country. She is a self-taught artist who is represented by Ricco/Maresca Gallery in New York, Obsolete Gallery in Los Angeles and Gallery Jones in Vancouver. She is the recipient of a Pollock-Krasner Foundation Grant, as well as many other awards and her work is collected extensively.
Additionally, she has shown at Iowa Artisan’s Gallery, The Fletcher Gallery, PaciniLubel Gallery, Bettcher Gallery, Burnette Gallery, Brydcliffe Guild, Slete Gallery, Mill Street Loft, Wired Gallery, Rye Arts Center, John Michael Kohler Arts Center, among others.
