ABOUT THIS WORKSHOP
Collaboration with Keith Gunderson. This workshop will focus on the figure as a point of departure whereby several different methods of creating unique prints will be explored.
Suitable for all levels, no experience necessary! Ages 16+

$275 ($250 tuition + $15 lab fee + $10 model fee)

Anthony Kirk, a master printer, teacher and artist, has for several years collaborated with Wolf Kahn in the printing of his monotypes using textured plates, water based Akua inks and Caran d’Ache water soluble crayons.
Keith Gunderson is an artist whose work focuses on the depiction of the landscape and the figurative inhabitants therein, as expressed through the immediate process of plein air. His drawings of the figure are executed in the same spontaneous approach of the moment, emphasizing the rhythmic and the vibration of color.

Please note that for workshops lasting all day there is a one-hour break from twelve noon to one PM. Students are invited to bring lunch and eat at the school or may go to any of the local dining establishments. The school does not provide lunch or refreshments.
