2026 Instructors Exhibition

June 13 – September 5, 2026 
Opening Reception: June 13th, 2-4PM
Location: Robert H. Angeloch Gallery / Woodstock School of Art

ENTRY – Each instructor is eligible to submit up to two pieces. Maximum of 36″ in any direction or one submission over 36″.

All entries must FIRST be submitted online by May 29th.
If you need assistance contact Heather. Please review carefully before submitting; we appreciate your help in reducing the need for future edits.

DROP OFF
Monday, June 8th, 10AM-2PM.
All artwork must be dropped off by June 8th at 2PM to be included in the exhibition.

PICK UP
Monday September 7, 10AM-2PM.

ELIGIBILITY
– Please ensure your submitted artwork reflects the specific media and techniques you teach at WSA. This alignment helps promote your workshops/classes by giving prospective students a clear visual preview of the skills they will gain under your guidance.
– Work previously shown at WSA is not eligible.
– All work submitted into the gallery exhibition must be suitably framed, wired and/or ready for installation.
– Online only submission(s) may be unframed.
– Work must be of original design and execution.

TERMS OF ENTRY
– WSA retains a 35% commission on any sales made during or resulting from this exhibition.
– Images submitted may be used by WSA to publicize the exhibition or facility. WSA reserves the right to photograph artwork for promotional purposes.
– Artwork must remain on display for the duration of the exhibition.

ADVERTISING – WSA will be heavily publicizing the exhibition over the summer during Upstate Art Weekend and on the radio.
