2026 Showcase Exhibition 3

May 2 – June 6, 2026
Woodstock School of Art
Opening Reception: May 2, 2:00 – 4:00PM

Students of the following Instructors are eligible to submit one piece per class with a maximum of three submissions for the exhibition (i.e.- If you attended more than one class a maximum of one piece may be submitted for this class title): Nancy Campbell, Les Castellanos, Tricia Cline, Alaina Enslen, Joan Ffolliott, Veronica Lawlor, Ron Netsky, Lynn Palumbo, Regina Quinn, Ransome, Meredith Rosiér, Muriel Stallworth, Karen Whitman, Leah Lopez, Robert Lucy, Dan Welden, and Marlene Wiedenbaum and Sunday Figure Drawing.

GUIDELINES
This exhibit will have options to have your work shown both online and in our gallery. You may choose to exhibit in either or both.

ENTRY
All entries must be submitted online by Monday, April 20th. Submit below.

NOTE: Please make sure to read the Framing Guidelines below for all 2-D submissions. Work not following the guidelines will not be accepted for the exhibition.
(Non-cradled boards/panels, work mounted on materials such as foam core or any other type of unframed work will not be accepted. For further clarification please talk to your instructor or email heather@woodstockschoolofart.org)

DROP OFF
Saturday, April 25, 3PM – 5PM
Monday, April 27, 10AM – 2PM
Work must be dropped off no later than Monday, April 27th at 2PM. No work will be accepted after this time; no exceptions can be made. If you need to schedule a different date for drop off please contact heather@woodstockschoolofart.org.

SHIPPING
WSA is able to receive shipped work, please contact heather@woodstockschoolofart.org for more details and confirmation.

PICK UP
Saturday, June 6, 3PM – 5PM
Monday, June 8, 10AM – 2PM

ELIGIBILITY
● The exhibition is open to artists who have created work in class or workshop within the past 12 months (April 2025 – Present).
● Work previously shown at WSA is not eligible.
● Work may not exceed 36 inches (including frame) in any direction.
● All work submitted into the gallery exhibition must be suitably framed, wired and ready for installation. Work must follow our Framing Guidelines to be entered into the gallery exhibition, see below. Online only submission may be unframed.
● Work must be of original design and execution.
● Submissions must have been made during class/workshop at WSA.

TERMS OF ENTRY
● WSA retains a 35% commission on all work sold.
● This exhibition helps support Woodstock School of Art’s mission, artwork must be priced at a minimum of $50 or listed NFS.
● Images submitted may be used by WSA to publicize the exhibition or facility.
● WSA reserves the right to photograph artwork for promotional purposes.
● Artwork must remain on display for the duration of the exhibition.

Please be sure to review the framing requirements prior to entry. Kindly note that we are unable to include works in the exhibition that do not meet these specific guidelines.
